Aurdal Fjordcamping og Hytter

Aurdal Fjordcamping and Cabins is a year-round family campsite with children in the center, idyllically located by the Aurdalsfjord in the sensory kingdom of Valdres. The campsite has 190 permanent year-round pitches, in addition to 70 beautiful pitches for overnight tourists, most of them right down to the edge of the fjord. There are two large sanitary facilities, both classified as five-star. The sanitary facilities consist of modern family rooms, children's sanitary facilities, sauna, washing machines and dryers, living room and kitchen, all well adapted for wheelchair users. There are two emptying facilities for campers on the site. There are 18 cabins of varying standards and 4 state-of-the-art apartments for rent. There are good fishing and swimming opportunities with free fishing along the campsite's 1 km long shoreline and swimming on a nice beach with water trampolines and diving towers. The campsite offers boat rentals and guided tours of the Aurdalsfjorden with the boat Veslekari. There are activities for the whole family, with an interactive playground with a football wall and MEMO game, ball pit, trampolines, a rope course, swings, a slide, mini golf and pedal car rentals. In addition, free wireless internet and cable TV are offered.

The campsite has its own kiosk, tavern and pub with a good and varied menu and all rights. During the summer months, several outdoor parties with live music are arranged. Various events are also held in our party room, Kjeldarstogo, with a pub and dance band throughout the year.

The campsite wants to take environmental and social responsibility, and is certified as an Environmental Lighthouse. Environmental work is carried out with a positive attitude to improve environmental performance and to become increasingly environmentally friendly.

Aurdal Fjordcamping and Cabins is surrounded by idyllic surroundings and the Aurdalsfjord offers great opportunities for fishing, swimming and boating. The campsite is located in the middle of beautiful, varied Valdres. The campsite is located a short distance from Valdres Golf, Valdres Alpine Center and Danebu. The nearest grocery store is Kiwi Aurdal, open on Sundays, 3 km away from the campsite. The town of Fagernes and the village of Leira offer many shopping opportunities within a distance of approx. 10 km.
