Björkholmens Glamping

At the southern end of Stora Hornsjön, where the municipalities of Kungsbacka and Varberg meet, you will find Björkholmens Glamping, located just 200 meters from the Hallandsleden trail. The focus here is on combining a comfortable and cozy tent experience with a unique nature experience. You can relax in our 19 square meter glamping tent under the lush foliage of the oak trees. The tent has running water, a fireplace, a toilet and a shower, and a swimming area just 100 meters away at the lake.

The tent is equipped with electricity, making it possible to recharge cell phones and other electronic gadgets for further hiking. This can also be a perfect way to meet up with friends or family and end the hike in a comfortable and cozy way.

For those who like the outdoors, the Hallandsleden trail is only 200 meters from Björkholmens Glamping, which provides opportunities for hiking and cycling in the area. At the lake there are also opportunities for swimming, fishing and canoeing.

For those who want to experience culture and history, there are several interesting places to visit. Among other things, Varberg Fortress, which is one of Sweden's most well-preserved fortresses, is within a short drive from Björkholmens Glamping. Kungsbacka also has several museums and exhibitions that provide insight into the city's history and culture.

If you want to shop or eat well, there are several options nearby. Both Kungsbacka and Varberg have a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés. In Varberg you can also visit the famous Varberg Kurort and Spa, which is located by the sea and offers various treatments and relaxation.
