Campen und Zelten in der herrlichen Mittelgebirgslandschaft, am Südhang des 1337 m hohen Böhmerwaldes, direkt am 4 ha großen Badesee. Neben den 46 Dauerstellplätzen gibt es 20 Stellplätze für Urlaubsgäste mit Strom-, Wasser- und Kanalanschluss, Platzbeleuchtung sowie sanitäre Anlagen im …See-Restaurant (Duschräume, WC, Waschmöglichkeiten). Herrliche Liegewiesen, schön angelegte Stege, sanitäre Ein­richtungen, Spielplatz, Tarzan-Rutsche, Beach-Volleyballplatz, Skaterpark, Schaukel, Kletter­haus sowie Sonnenterrasse stehen zur Verfügung. Direkt am See laden Tret­boote zu einer gemütlichen Rundfahrt ein. Außer der landschaftlichen Schönheit gibt es in der Gemeinde Klaffer am Hochficht herrliche Freizeit- und Erholungseinrichtungen, wie die Heimatstube der Böhmerwälder, das Wagnerei- und Wassermuseum, den Fischerei- und Wasserpflanzenlehrpfad sowie viele Wander-, Jogging- und Radstrecken bzw. gespurte Langlauf-Loipen und das Skigebiet Hochficht. Außerdem den größten Heilkräutergarten Österreichs, eine Kräuteralm und den einzigartigen Kräuterkirtag am 15. August. Besonders geschätzt wird die Küche des angrenzenden See-Restaurants, die auf der Sonnenterrasse beim erholsamen Blick über den See nationale Köstlichkeiten servieren.
