Borghamn Strand

Welcome to Borghamn beach! Here you will find accommodation, café, and conference facilities in a cultural-historical environment right at the foot of the mountain and the beautiful beach of Lake Vättern.

At the facility you will find 6 scenic pitches with electricity where guests have access to showers, toilets and a kitchen in a nearby building.

Borghamn Strand also has a camping area where you can pitch your tent in a lovely and lush old orchard.

Once you visit Borghamn beach, there are lots of activities to do such as: enjoy the wood-fired sauna right next to Lake Vättern, hike on Omberg, which is the country's most species-rich forest landscape with several unique natural features or why not kayak on Lake Vättern and get close to both lake and land.

If you want a little more speed and excitement, you can also take a ride on your mountain bike.

Borghamn beach is normally open between April and October, with the high season stretching from midsummer to mid-August! A warm welcome to this oasis at Vättern beach!
