Free Wi-Fi covers the area, so you can stay connected even while being immersed in nature. The site is open year-round, making it a reliable base no matter when you travel.

The area is blessed with dramatic cliffs, salt flats, and untouched beaches, perfect for nature-lovers, birdwatchers, and anyone craving quiet coastal beauty.
Just a short walk (or a few minutes by bike) brings you to Playa del Charco, a hidden beach beloved for its calm and natural charm. Close by, birdwatchers will delight in the wetlands and observatories where you can spot flamingos, storks, and migrating species throughout the year.
Cultural attractions are also within reach: drive to Rodalquilar, Las Negras, San José, or Isleta del Moro — all picturesque villages with rich histories, colorful houses, and access to hiking paths and boat tours. For something truly special, explore the salt lakes around Cabo de Gata at sunset, when the light highlights the pink hues of the water.
If you’re into water activities, the region offers kayaking and boat trips, plus diving opportunities to explore seabeds and reefs. There are also bicycle routes winding through the park’s volcanic terrain, perfect for active travelers.
For dining and refreshment, you don’t need to go far: nearby villages have bars, tapas restaurants, and small shops where you can sample local Andalusian cuisine, fresh seafood, and wines.
