The campsite is nestled in a peaceful, agricultural landscape - perfect for cycling, Nordic walking or strolling. The green beach of Westerdeichstrich is only a few minutes away and stretches over 2 km - with designated areas for naturists and dogs.

Büsum, a popular holiday resort with a promenade, harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities, is only around 5 km away. There you can go on boat trips, try crabs fresh from the cutter or stroll through the small shops.

The historic "Margaretha" windmill, which has been watching over Westerdeichstrich since 1854, is also located nearby - a beautiful photo motif and part of the North German cultural heritage.

Particularly exciting for families: the Wattforum, an interactive museum about life in the Wadden Sea, as well as the opportunity to go on guided mudflat hikes that start right outside the door.
