Camping DOMAINE DE KERELLY is a 3-star family campsite in Guégon, Brittany, located at Le Bas de la Lande, around 2 km from Josselin and directly beside the Nantes-Brest Canal. Set in a green and wooded environment, the campsite is particularly well suited to campers, motorhome travellers, caravanners, cyclists and walkers looking for a peaceful base from which to explore southern Brittany. For meals and refreshments, the on-site Le GARVIG snack/bar serves burgers, salads, homemade pizzas and other snacks. Guests can also order drinks, ice cream and crêpes, while breakfast, picnic options, bread and pastries are available depending on the season.

The Nantes-Brest Canal and Vélodyssée are immediately beside the campsite, making the location particularly attractive for cycling and walking holidays. Guests can follow the canal paths, enjoy the countryside scenery, stop for a picnic or go fishing. The private campsite pontoon provides direct access to the canal.

There are several places to eat in Josselin. Restaurants are available from approximately 1.6–1.9 km from the campsite, while bars, cafés and crêperies in the centre are generally around 2 km away. This means guests can easily combine a day exploring Josselin with an evening meal or drink in town.

For everyday shopping, a local grocery shop is around 1 km away, while a supermarket is approximately 2 km away. Josselin also offers additional shops and services for visitors staying for several days.

The surrounding region is ideal for discovering Brittany's countryside and heritage. The legendary Brocéliande Forest is within reach for day trips and offers walking opportunities surrounded by the landscapes and stories associated with Breton folklore. La Gacilly and Rochefort-en-Terre are also accessible for excursions and provide a chance to discover more of Brittany's character and heritage.

For a day beside the water, Lac au Duc is approximately 15 km away. The lake offers opportunities for water-based leisure and bathing, providing an alternative to relaxing at the campsite swimming pool.

There is no seaside beach directly beside the campsite, so visitors specifically looking for a coastal beach should plan a longer trip towards the Morbihan coast. The immediate surroundings are instead particularly suited to cycling, walking, fishing, canal-side relaxation and cultural sightseeing.

Camping DOMAINE DE KERELLY is a seasonal campsite. For 2026, the published opening period is 5 April to 12 October 2026. Reception is open from 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–19:00 during the season, so guests should plan their arrival accordingly, particularly when travelling by motorhome or caravan.

The campsite welcomes motorhomes, caravans and tents, with spacious pitches in a green setting. Some tent pitches are located in a wooded, car-free section. Motorhome travellers also have access to a dedicated service area for emptying and fresh-water facilities.

Pets are welcome, subject to the campsite's conditions. Dogs must be vaccinated and kept on a lead, so guests travelling with pets should ensure these requirements are met before arrival.

Wi-Fi is available but intentionally limited. Guests receive one free Wi-Fi code, while the natural area is deliberately kept without a Wi-Fi network as part of the campsite's approach to encouraging a genuine break from everyday connectivity. Additional Wi-Fi access may involve a charge.

Cyclists are particularly well catered for. The campsite is located on the Vélodyssée, has secure bicycle storage and provides basic bicycle repair assistance. Bicycle rental is also available, making the campsite a convenient base for exploring the Nantes-Brest Canal without needing to bring a bicycle from home.

If you would like to eat on site, check the seasonal opening times of Le GARVIG snack/bar. Thursday evenings are normally closed except during the period from 14 July to 15 August. Bread and pastries should be reserved the day before during the season.
