Camping Domaine Sainte Veziane

Domaine Sainte Véziane is a 4 star family campsite in Bessan, in the Hérault, set on a hill among tall pines with 129 pitches. It is one of the few campsites in the area open all year round, so you can come for a summer holiday by the Mediterranean or a quiet break in winter. You stay in a mobile home or a chalet with two or three bedrooms for up to six people, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and a covered terrace with garden furniture. The Premium and Premium Plus homes also have air conditioning.

The 2000 m² water park is open from May to the end of September, with a large outdoor pool, water slides, two pentagliss, a lazy river, balneo benches and water jets, and a paddling pool with water games for the little ones. The Côté Véziane restaurant is open every day of the year from morning until midnight, with local dishes, snacks, home made pizzas to take away and themed evenings. In July and August there is entertainment day and night, a free Kids Club for ages 4 to 12 and a Teens Club. All year you can play mini golf, beach volleyball, pétanque and table tennis, use the outdoor fitness area and the playgrounds, and book a massage with the partner spa.

The old village of Bessan is 1.5 km away, built among vineyards on the banks of the Hérault river, with cobbled streets, the Romanesque Saint Pierre church and a market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Taste the local rosé at the cooperative winery, paddle a canoe on the Hérault or visit Cactus Park. Vias is about 10 minutes by car and the beaches of Cap d'Agde about 13 minutes. Within 30 km you can explore Pézenas, Marseillan, Sète and the Étang de Thau, or cycle along the Canal du Midi. Further inland wait Saint Guilhem le Désert, the Cirque de Navacelles and the Clamouse caves.

Rentals are available from 16:00 and must be left by 11:00. Your car is parked outside the campsite on arrival. If you arrive late, let the campsite know before 18:00. Arrival is possible until 22:30 in low season and until midnight in July and August. The gates are closed from 00:30 to 06:00. A deposit of 300 EUR is asked on arrival, and a cleaning package of 95 EUR can be taken. A wristband is given on arrival and must be worn throughout the stay. One dog per accommodation is welcome (not category 1) for 6 EUR per day. It must be vaccinated, on a leash and is not allowed in the pool area. Only electric barbecues are allowed. Gas planchas can be hired at reception. The pool area is open from May to September, 10:00 to 19:30. Swim trunks are required; swim shorts and wetsuits are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available across the campsite for a fee. Visitors are only allowed in low season.
