Just 20 minutes away, explore the salt marshes of the Parc de Brière, on foot or in a traditional boat, to observe the local flora and fauna. Beach lovers can reach the coast in 30 to 40 minutes, towards Pénestin, the Côte d'Amour or the Côte de Jade, famous for their wild beaches, coves and cliffs. The Bois de Beaumard campsite is open mainly during the summer season. Remember to book in advance, especially in July and August, as the number of pitches is limited. The campsite accepts pets, kept on a lead, and has an emptying area for camper vans.

There are no full catering facilities on site, but the snack bar and grocery shop in season are easy to get by. For full meals, Pontchâteau town centre is just a few minutes away.
