Camping la Montagne

Welcome to Camping La Montagne, a small 4-star family campsite nestling in a magnificent Provencal setting between oak and pine trees, just 9 km from the famous Pont d'Avignon. Set on 2 hectares of wooded hillside in the Vaucluse, the campsite offers 50 spacious, shady pitches, from 80 m² to over 100 m², all equipped with electric hook-ups and nearby water points.

For your comfort, Camping La Montagne offers modern, heated sanitary facilities all year round, suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM), with showers, individual washbasins, hairdryers, laundry facilities and an emptying area for motorhomes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the campsite.

Take advantage of theheated aquatic area, with swimming pool, paddling pool, slides and jacuzzi - perfect for cooling off in the midday sun! If you're feeling peckish, head to the snack bar for pizzas, burgers, paninis and waffles, to eat in or take away.

At reception, a concierge is on hand to hire bikes, planchas and fridges, or to answer any practical or tourist questions you may have. There is also a grocery shop selling fresh produce, bread, pastries and local specialities.

The atmosphere here is friendly, warm and ideal for families. Evening entertainment, attentive service and a personalised welcome await you throughout your stay.

Ideally situated at the gateway to Avignon and the Luberon, Camping La Montagne is the perfect base from which to explore the wonders of Provence.

In just a few minutes' drive, you can visit Avignon, with its Palais des Papes and famous bridge, as well as Gordes, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Orange and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Stroll through the Provencal markets, admire the lavender fields in bloom, or set off on a hike in the heart of the Luberon.

Cycling enthusiasts can take one of the many cycle trails, and nature lovers will love the forest walks directly accessible from the campsite.

The pitches are accessible to large motorhomes, and secure parking is available 24 hours a day. Pets are welcome (kept on a lead and never left alone).

In low season, reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 4.30pm to 7.30pm; in high season, from 8.30am to 1.30pm and from 3.30pm to 9.00pm.

It is advisable to book in advance, especially in summer, to get the best pitches. Don't forget to hire a top box fridge or book fresh breakfasts for an even more comfortable stay.
