Description

Set directly on the banks of the River Lot, Camping Le Ch’timi is a welcoming, nature-oriented campsite surrounded by vineyards, open fields and forested hills. The setting is idyllic: birdsong in the morning, gentle river views, and wide open skies that make every sunset unforgettable.

The campsite offers spacious, clearly marked pitches ranging from approximately 80 m² to 197 m², ideal for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Whether you prefer full sun, partial shade or a more sheltered spot, you’ll find a pitch that suits your camping style. From 2026 onwards, selected pitches will feature private sanitary facilities with your own shower and toilet, adding an extra level of comfort for those who enjoy privacy while camping.

In addition to traditional camping pitches, guests can rent tents, hikers’ cabins and bungalows/chalets, making the site suitable for both adventurous campers and those seeking a cosy holiday cottage in the Lot.

Facilities on site include:

  • Outdoor swimming pool
  • Separate toddlers’ pool
  • Direct access to the River Lot for swimming
  • Sports ground
  • Entertainment programme during the season
  • Snack bar
  • Pizzeria
  • Restaurant with snack menu
  • Fresh bread service
  • Internet access available across 80–100% of the campsite

For active holidaymakers, the campsite connects directly to cycling routes along the River Lot valley. It’s a perfect base for motorhome travellers, couples, families and wine lovers looking for a peaceful yet well-equipped campsite in France.

Dogs are welcome both in low and high season, provided they are kept on a lead — making it a fantastic choice for a camping holiday with your four-legged companion.
