• Reception & Check-In Hours: Reception operates daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. Check-in for camping pitches begins at 14:00, while rental mobile homes are available for check-in from 16:00. Late arrivals up to 21:00 should be coordinated in advance.
• Electrical & Pitch Requirements: Motorhome and caravan electrical hookups require a standard Euro CEE adapter plug and an extension cord.
• Nighttime Gate Hours: To ensure quiet and peaceful rest, internal vehicle traffic is restricted between 22:00 and 08:00, with the main security gate closed overnight.
