Camping Pré Vologne

Welcome to Camping Pré Vologne, a charming 2-star family campsite nestled in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park in the Vosges Mountains of northeastern France. Located in Granges-Aumontzey, just 10 minutes from the beautiful lake town of Gérardmer, this peaceful and authentic campsite offers a true return to nature in one of the most unspoiled corners of France.

Spread across 2 hectares of lush, wooded grounds, the campsite is bordered by the Vologne river and crossed by two arms of the Prés stream, creating a wonderfully tranquil and scenic setting. The 30 spacious pitches are set among a variety of trees including lime, ash, chestnut, oak, birch and poplar, providing natural shade and privacy. On-site facilities include a pétanque court, table tennis, table football, a wooden playground for children and natural river swimming in the Vologne. A snack bar serving ice creams, smoothies and cold drinks is available on site, and a fast charger for electric vehicles is also provided. Wellness treatments including massage are available on request. A washing machine is available for guests. Pets are welcome on pitches.

Camping Pré Vologne is an ideal base for exploring the stunning Vosges Mountains and surrounding region. The campsite is less than 500 metres from the centre of Granges-Aumontzey, where you will find a bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pizzeria and pharmacy — all within a 5-minute walk. The famous Jardin de Berchigranges, one of France's most spectacular mountain gardens, is close by and well worth a visit. The popular resort town of Gérardmer with its beautiful lake, beaches and water sports is just 14 km away, as is the scenic Lac de Longemer. The area offers excellent hiking directly from the campsite, with well-marked trails of all levels through the Ballons des Vosges Natural Park — including routes to the rock fields, the Colimont summit and the Spiémont viewpoint. Cycling is also possible on dedicated paths through the protected forest. In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Gérardmer and La Bresse offer downhill and cross-country skiing. The charming city of Épinal with its famous imagery museum is 37 km away, and Strasbourg is approximately 104 km from the campsite.
