Welcome to the Camping Park in the Bergisches Land – a true holiday paradise covering more than 100,000 m² amid the gentle hills of North Rhine-Westphalia. The campsite offers 50 generous comfort pitches with fresh water and wastewater connections as well as an extensive tent meadow, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

The pitches are laid out so that you feel at ease straight away – no lengthy manoeuvring required, quick connections and a wonderful view of the greenery. Directly adjacent is a modern and consistently well-maintained sanitary building, which is also perfectly suited for guests with reduced mobility.

Children are thoroughly catered for with a large playground, a petting zoo and the popular rabbit enclosure. Dog owners can look forward to a fenced dog meadow and even a dedicated dog shower – for clean paws after muddy adventures!

Since spring 2025, two cosy holiday apartments have also been available – one directly on the grounds, the other above the reception at the entrance. Both apartments offer comfort, tranquillity and a fantastic view – ideal for families or hiking enthusiasts. In addition, there are three camping barrels, a construction trailer and “Büschem´s Box” for a deluxe cabin holiday.

Furthermore, the camping park offers: free Wi-Fi, the restaurant “Zur Knödelkiste”, tourist information, a small shop, as well as gift vouchers for special occasions. Pets are very welcome!

Stalactite caves, museums, swimming pools and cosy restaurants await you in the surrounding area. The cities of Wuppertal, Solingen and Remscheid are ideal for day trips and can all be reached in around 30-45 minutes.

The nearest supermarket, pharmacy, bakery or vet are also just a few minutes away. If you want to treat yourself to a culinary break, you can enjoy regional specialities in the Knödelkiste within walking distance.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead in the grounds. There are several dog bag dispensers and waste disposal stations. A dog shower is also available.
