Our friendly staff are always on hand to make sure your stay is unforgettable. Reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and on Sundays and public holidays from 8:30 to 13:00. To make your stay at Hatten Leisure Centre as pleasant as possible, there is some useful information that you should consider before you arrive:

• Arrival & check-in: Arrival is flexible, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the best space. Reception is open daily, but individual arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
• Facilities: In addition to well-kept sanitary facilities, there is a waste disposal station for motorhomes, electricity connections and a launderette.
• Dogs welcome: Your four-legged friend is very welcome as long as it remains on a lead and consideration is shown for other guests.
• Quiet atmosphere: To ensure that all guests have a restful time, we ask that you observe the quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Booking & payment: We recommend booking early, as many pitches fill up quickly, especially in the high season. Payment can be made conveniently on site or in advance by bank transfer.
