De Regge-Vallei is a peaceful charm campsite in the countryside just outside Den Ham, in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It sits where Twente, the Vecht valley and Salland meet, surrounded by meadows and tree lined fields, with a wide view of the Lemelerberg. Nathan and Laura van der Linden have welcomed guests here since 2021 and love to give you a personal welcome and a short tour when you arrive.
The pitches are generous, between 150 and 250 m², and most come with electricity, water and drainage and a hard standing for your awning or motorhome. Since 2025 you can also book a pitch with its own heated sanitary unit, including one adapted for wheelchair users. Prefer to travel light? Choose from five kinds of furnished glamping and safari tents for two to six people, or one of the farmhouse apartments, which are open all year and include one that is fully adapted for wheelchairs.
Children have plenty to do. There is a playground with a trampoline and swings, a water and sand play area, a football field and go karts to rent, and on rainy days the large indoor play barn has a ball pit, table tennis, pool and billiards, board games and a small library. The main sanitary building has underfloor heating, free hot showers, a baby care room and an accessible unit. Free WiFi reaches the whole site. In the old farm you will find the local produce and gift shop, and the Rustpunt serves farm ice cream and coffee. Chickens roam the grounds, and on clear nights the dark sky is full of stars.

Seven walking routes start right at the campsite, and a boots path leads across the fields to the little river Regge. The campsite lies between cycling junctions 3 and 18, so you can ride straight into the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, the Lemelerberg, the Eerde estate and the Vecht valley; bikes and e bikes can be rented on site. In the summer holidays guests swim for free at the heated outdoor pool De Groene Jager in Den Ham, 2 km away, and at the natural pool of Natuurlijk Heidepark in Lemelerveld. The village of Den Ham, 2.5 km away, has a supermarket, bakery and cosy terraces. Families can head to Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, Attractiepark Slagharen, the Flierefluiter play farm or the sand dunes of the Sahara near Ommen, and canoeing and fishing are possible in the area.
The campsite and glamping tents are open from 26 March to the end of September; the apartments are available all year. Arrival is Monday to Saturday only. Rentals and pitches with private sanitary check in from 15:00 to 22:00 and check out before 10:00. Comfort pitches check in from 13:30 and check out before 12:00. The campsite has a Christian identity: reception is closed on Sundays and there are no arrivals that day. Pets are welcome, at most two per pitch or accommodation, on a lead. Bed linen is required and can be brought or rented. Electricity on pitches is charged by meter after your stay. Barbecues are allowed, but disposable barbecues and open fires are not. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00, and groups of young people aged 18 to 30 are not accepted. Tourist tax is charged per person per night.
