Djulö Camping

Welcome to Djulö Camping - a scenic, peaceful and family-friendly campsite in the heart of Katrineholm, surrounded by greenery, bathing lakes and a variety of activities for all ages. The campsite is open all year round and offers a perfect balance between relaxation and experiences.

The site has pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, as well as cosy cabins located on a quiet forest slope. The newly built service centre has modern facilities such as family showers, toilets, a kitchen, a common room with TV and seating for communal relaxation.

One of Djulö Camping's biggest draws is its proximity to Lake Djulösjön, where you can easily swim at the child-friendly beach or rent canoes, kayaks and SUP boards for a quiet trip on the water. You can also rent bikes, play cube or borrow chess pieces for a bit of entertainment.

For those with a sweet tooth, there's a cosy beach café just 300 metres from the campsite, perfect for a coffee overlooking the lake. The environment is safe, well-kept and suitable for both families with children and couples looking for relaxing accommodation in nature - but still close to city amenities.

Djulö Camping is strategically located close to both nature and attractions. There are several popular swimming spots in the neighbourhood, such as Aspenbadet in Katrineholm and Lyttersta in Vingåker. For those interested in culture, Ericsberg Castle is just a short drive away.

By car, you can easily reach Kolmården Zoo, Parken Zoo in Eskilstuna or Tropicarium - excellent day trips for families with children. Shopping fans can visit Vingåker Factory Outlet, and for those interested in food, charming farm shops such as Jürss Mejeri and Stavstorps Musteri are within a short distance.

If you prefer to stay active, there are plenty of hiking trails, cycle paths and opportunities for canoeing on the beautiful lakes. All this makes Djulö an excellent base for discovering the best of Södermanland's beautiful landscape.

Djulö Camping is open all year round and advance booking is strongly recommended during the summer high season. The reception is happy to help with tips on activities, equipment hire and what's on in the area.

There are electric pitches, modern service buildings and close proximity to swimming, a café and play areas. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead in the area. Remember to bring swimwear, a picnic blanket and preferably a camera - the Djulö area offers scenic views and quiet moments that make the holiday memorable.
