Set within a beautifully restored 18th-century hamlet at 480 meters above sea level, the property offers breathtaking views over the Rhône Valley and the distant Vercors mountains. Just 15 minutes from Tournon-sur-Rhône and within easy reach of Valence, Lyon, and other major cities, it is perfectly positioned for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature while still remaining accessible.
The estate features a small, intimate 3-star campsite with 24 spacious bare pitches ranging from 100 to 300 m², offering plenty of room for tents, caravans, and motorhomes. In addition, guests can choose from a selection of unique accommodations, as well as year-round gîtes and bed and breakfast rooms, making the site suitable for both short stays and longer rural retreats.
On-site facilities are designed to encourage relaxation and enjoyment for all ages. Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to mid-September depending on weather conditions), a large games room with table tennis, foosball, and a library, as well as outdoor play areas including a trampoline, swings, slide, sandbox, pétanque court, and a mini football field. The atmosphere is peaceful and natural, with no artificial lighting in the evenings, allowing guests to enjoy exceptional starry skies.
