Flower Camping Les Cadenières is a truly inviting campsite set in the heart of Provence, France, surrounded by fragrant pine forests and rolling hills — making it ideal for families, couples, and outdoor lovers. The campsite sits on an expansive site of approximately 12 hectares of shady woodland, where nature and comfort meet.
Here you’ll find a wide range of accommodation options to suit all preferences: from traditional grassy and shaded pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes (with electricity and water access on site) to various mobile homes, chalets, bungalows, safari tents, and unique stays like roulottes. The pitches are generous — often more than 80 m² — and perfect for self‑contained camping.
At the heart of the campsite, the aquatic complex is a highlight for all ages. It features multiple outdoor pools, powerful water slides, and a relaxing jacuzzi area — a true centerpiece where families can spend sunny afternoons splashing and socialising.
When hunger strikes, you’ll love the convenience of the on‑site bar and restaurant, open daily in high season, where you can enjoy local Provencal dishes, wood‑fired pizzas, light bites, ice cream, and refreshing drinks. There’s also a bakery service where freshly baked bread and croissants are available each morning.
Kids and adults alike will enjoy the entertainment programme: there’s a children’s club (free for ages 4‑10 in summer), lively daytime sports like volleyball, pétanque and water‑polo, and fun evening events such as karaoke, quizzes, and dancing under the stars.
Additional practical facilities include equipment hire (ping‑pong, boules, mini golf), laundry services, and optional Wi‑Fi access across the campsite. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or an action‑packed holiday, this campsite delivers plenty of choice and comfort.

One of the biggest advantages of staying at Flower Camping Les Cadenières is its location near the charming Provencal village of Villecroze‑les‑Grottes, just a short drive away. This village is renowned for its medieval character, narrow arcaded streets, and the fascinating troglodytic caves carved into limestone cliffs — a must‑see attraction for history enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.
At the foot of these cliffs you’ll discover beautiful gardens and even a small waterfall, perfect for a leisurely morning walk before breakfast or an evening stroll after dinner.
Just a few kilometres from the campsite are other scenic towns and cultural highlights: the hilltop village of Tourtour (classified one of France’s “Most Beautiful Villages”), the historic centres of Salernes and Aups, and the rugged landscapes of the Verdon Regional Nature Park — famous for its spectacular turquoise lakes and outdoor adventure opportunities.
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do in the region: guided hikes, cycling routes, canoeing, rafting, and day trips to the Lac de Sainte‑Croix (about 22 km), or even to the dramatic Gorges du Verdon for breathtaking views and watersports.
For everyday conveniences, shops, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores can be found in Villecroze or nearby villages, usually within 3–7 km of the campsite. If you’re dreaming of Mediterranean beaches, they are also within reach — roughly 50 km away along the stunning Côte d’Azur coast.
Before you arrive, it’s helpful to know that Flower Camping Les Cadenières operates seasonally, typically opening from late April through early September, with reception services available throughout the high season.
Arrival is usually from the afternoon (around 4 pm) and departure by late morning (around 10 am), and while some services (like the children’s club and entertainment) are concentrated in July and August, others such as pool facilities and dining are available throughout the peak months.
Families will appreciate that many of the campsite’s activities and facilities are designed for all ages, from kids’ clubs and playgrounds to sports fields and evening entertainment. During busy summer weeks, booking in advance is recommended to secure the accommodation and pitch type you want.
Pets are also permitted on many pitches and accommodations (check specific rules), making this campsite a great option if you’re planning to travel with your furry friend.
Keep in mind that whilst the campsite has an on‑site restaurant and bar, some shops and services outside the campsite (like supermarkets and pharmacies) are in the nearby village of Villecroze or neighbouring towns — a short drive away.
Lastly, consider bringing a car: the surrounding area is rich with day‑trip opportunities — from vineyards and markets to lakes and historical villages — and a vehicle makes exploring the Provençal countryside much easier.
