Welcome to peaceful Rännudden! A beautiful year-round campsite located on Norsjövallen in the Västerbotten hinterland. Here you are surrounded by nature and water as far as the eye can see. Charlie Johansson, who runs Fridfulla Rännudden, has almost 30 years of experience in tourism in northern Västerbotten. Together with his family, he has run Fridfulla Rännudden for almost 20 years.

The concept of the campsite is just like the name, peaceful. Here you can relax from everyday stress without disturbances in a clean and postcard beautiful environment. The large tents and caravan pitches have a view of the lake wherever you turn, and you won't be crowded with your neighbours. Rännudden's campsite also has over nine cabins, all of which are newly renovated and equipped with different facilities depending on what you as a guest are looking for. The main cabin at Rännuddens camping can also be used for conferences with up to 20 people. The new service building, which opened its doors in 2020, serves simple meals as well as coffee and sandwiches.

If you stay at Rännudden's campsite, you automatically have access to all service facilities, all boats and the wood-fired sauna.

Peaceful Rännudden offers very good fishing opportunities. Here you can fish for trout and perch, among other things. Guests at Rännudden's campsite also have access to a boat, which means you can go out on the lake and fish. A short distance away you will find perfect conditions for fishing in flowing water in the rivers Norsjöån, Skäppträskån and Malån. If you want to join a fishing club, we recommend Norsjö sport fishing club, an active fish conservation and fish creation club whose membership gives you access to even more fine fishing waters. The Big Pike fishing competition is also held here every summer.

Rännudden's campsite also has activities that go far beyond the norm. How about a lovely raft trip on Lake Norsjön where they serve up a delicious meal that you can then enjoy in peace and quiet for several hours, in the middle of the lake, surrounded by beautiful nature. 7 minutes drive from Rännuddens Camping you will find Norsjö. Here you will find Ica Supermarket, Coop and Systembolaget where you can buy what you need for your camping stay. In addition to this, there are also a bunch of local shops where you can bargain.

The artist Tommy Körberg and the author Stieg Larsson also come from Norsjön.

Getting to Rännuddens camping is best done by car, motorhome or caravan. With towns like Skellefteå, Arvidsjaur and Lycksele within 7-10 kilometres, it is easy to find Rännuddens camping. Buses to Norsjö also run from these towns. Make sure to keep an eye on departure times as they can vary depending on the season and time of day. Places at Rännuddens camping are limited as Charlie and his family are keen on their concept of being able to relax from everyday stress without disturbances out in nature.
