Welcome to Gullvåg Camping – a pearl by the river Igla in scenic Soknedal, Norway. Our campsite is the ideal destination for those looking for relaxation and inspiration.

In our cozy reception you can start the day with freshly baked rolls and a cup of coffee from 08.00. You can also find what you need in our small kiosk, whether it's small things you forgot or snacks for the trip. But it doesn't stop there - during the school holidays (20 June to 20 August) you can enjoy our homemade Italian pizzas, which are very popular with our guests. Eat it here with us or take it to your cabin or caravan site. And of course, we offer FREE WIFI so you can stay up to date and share your amazing experiences with friends and family.

Gullvåg Camping gives you the opportunity to choose from our 25 pleasant cabins, each with its own standard. 18 of the cabins have their own bathroom, bedroom and living room, and all are equipped with basic kitchen equipment. Duvets and pillows are available in the cabins, and bed linen can be rented from us or brought from home. We also offer great caravan and tent pitches down by the quiet river Igla, with 30 power outlets and the option of non-electrical options.

Our sanitary facility is well equipped with separate ladies' and men's sections, toilets, showers, and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We also have a shower house with two family showers, and all of this is available to our guests at no extra cost. For those who want to travel light, we offer washers and dryers for a reasonable price.

Gullvåg Camping is a campsite that really puts well-being first, especially for families with children. Here you will find a large and rich playground with a range of equipment, as many as seven trampolines, free loan of scooters and table tennis. You can also enjoy our heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from 20 June to 20 August, as well as free fishing in the river which is available all season. Our outdoor restaurant serves delicious pizzas, and for the younger guests there is always something fun to do here.

Gullvåg Camping is strategically located just 4 km south of the center of Soknedal and 14 km north of the center of Berkåk. This makes us an ideal starting point for beautiful nature experiences. Take a jog or bike ride, and we'll be happy to recommend several great routes when you visit reception. Explore the scenic surroundings and discover all that beautiful Soknedal has to offer.
