Hennans Camping

Hennans Camping is a personal and family campsite in Hälsingland, beautifully situated directly by the lake in the small village of Hennan, just outside Ramsjö in Ljusdal municipality. Here you will find peaceful nature, open views over the water and a warm atmosphere that makes many guests happy to stay longer than planned. The campsite was recently taken over by new tenants who want to invest in a cosy and welcoming facility - perfect for families with children, couples and groups.

The site offers plenty of caravan and motorhome pitches as well as tent pitches, many with stunning lake views. Electric poles are available and there is a fully equipped service building with showers, sauna, toilets and washing-up facilities. For those who prefer a little extra comfort, there are cosy cabins with several beds.

One of the highlights of the campsite is the long sandy beach and the popular water slide that runs straight into the lake - a firm favourite for both young and old. The campsite has an outdoor gym and a large football pitch.

On site you'll also find a fully licensed restaurant, where much of the food is cooked from scratch. During the season, you will also find a café and mini shop on site.

During the summer, activities and music evenings are organised, creating extra life and community on the campsite. This is a place where memories are made - and where you'll be happy to book your next stay even before you go home.

Pets are very welcome

Hennan Camping is located in the heart of Hälsingland's nature, surrounded by forests, lakes and beautiful landscapes. The area around Hennan and Ramsjö offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing and nature experiences all year round. The lake next to the campsite is perfect for swimming, canoeing and quiet evenings by the shore.

Within a 20-30 minute drive, you can reach Ljusdal, where there is a larger selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and services. Here you can also enjoy local attractions, cultural events and excursions typical of Hälsingland. For those who want to discover more of the region, there are several classic excursions, homesteads and nature reserves within easy reach.

Whether you're looking for quiet relaxation or active, adventure-filled days, Hennans Camping is a great base for discovering the best of Hälsingland.

The camping season runs from 15 May to 30 September. The restaurant opens during the month of June and from the midsummer weekend the restaurant, café and mini shop are open full time. As the facility is newly acquired, exact opening hours may vary during the season - current information is published regularly.

Hennans Camping is suitable for both short stays and longer holidays.
