Hennans Camping

Hennans Camping is a personal and family campsite in Hälsingland, beautifully situated directly by the lake in the small village of Hennan, just outside Ramsjö in Ljusdal municipality. Here you will find peaceful nature, open views over the water and a warm atmosphere that makes many guests happy to stay longer than planned. The campsite was recently taken over by new tenants and has undergone extensive renovation to create a modern, cosy and welcoming facility - perfect for families with children, couples and groups.

The site offers plenty of caravan and motorhome pitches as well as tent pitches, many with stunning lake views. Electric hook-ups are available and the fully equipped service building is of a high standard with showers, toilets and washing-up facilities. For those who prefer a little extra comfort, there are cosy cabins with several beds, adapted for different needs and parties.

One of the highlights of the campsite is the long sandy beach and the popular water slide that runs straight into the lake - a firm favourite for young and old alike. You can also hire a boat, play mini-golf or use the large football pitch, which is also ideal for training camps and groups.

On the site you will also find a restaurant with full rights, where the food is cooked from scratch and served at very favourable prices. During the high season, the restaurant is complemented by a café and a mini-shop where you can find food and camping essentials. Events and music nights are often organised at weekends, bringing extra life and community to the campsite. The camping season runs from 15 May to 30 September. The restaurant opens during the month of June and from the midsummer weekend the restaurant, café and mini shop are open full time. As the facility is newly acquired, exact opening hours may vary during the season - current information is published regularly.
