Herrfallet Fritids- och Konferensanläggning is located south of Arboga in a nature conservation area by Lake Hjälmaren. The campsite welcomes both motorhomes, caravans, tents and cottage guests for both longer and shorter periods. There are over 170 camping plots, 165 of which have electricity, scenic tent areas and over 50 cabins in various designs.

It is not for nothing that this place can become a favorite place and recurring highlight summer after summer. The two renovated service houses are of a high standard with: toilets, showers, washrooms, baby changing rooms. The cottage village at Herrfallet Fritids- och konferensanläggning has over 40 cottages and all are non-smoking and handicap-friendly. In total, 4 of the cottages are equipped for the disabled and 4 are pet-free for those who need this service. Each cottage is also equipped with a complete kitchen, TV, electric heating, drying cabinet, WC and shower. The living space of these cottages is 62 square meters.

At Herrfallet Fritids- och konferensanläggning, things to do are never far away. The resort has a long and child-friendly sandy beach that stretches for several kilometers, perhaps you are lucky enough to find your own sandy beach in a bay. Right next to the beach is a beach volleyball court and if you want, you can rent a boat, canoe and rowing boat to get out on the lake. A summer without a sauna in the evening is of course unthinkable. The resort has a nice sauna that your party can book.

The fishing in Lake Hjälmaren is really good. Here you can catch everything from perch, pike and pikeperch that you can then grill in the evening. During August to September, Herrfallet Fritids- och konferensanläggning also offers crayfish fishing. This experience can be combined with several offers and of course you get to keep all the catch yourself. Equipment is available for rent. In winter, you can try ice fishing on the ice. Ask the reception for more information when you check in. There is also a miniature golf course and football pitch here. If you want to try real golf, Arboga Golf Club is 20 minutes away by car and offers a nice 18-hole course. You can even try your hand at paintball at the facility, an adrenaline-filled experience you won't soon forget.

There is a nice playground in the area for children. You can also take the kids to visit the sheep farm, which is home to friendly ewes and lambs. Staff encourage guests to bring some crispbread and feed the peaceful animals. A classic Swedish summer memory you and your children will carry with you for life!

Herrfallet Fritids- och konferensanläggning has a restaurant with full rights. During the summer, everything from troubadour, shrimp and barbecue evenings are organized here. If you like to dance, an orchestra plays here every Thursday in high season. There are several public barbecues in the area, and there is even a barbecue hut here. There are fantastic jogging and hiking trails adjacent to the resort. Rent a bike and take a trip into the forest in beautiful berry and mushroom fields.

In the winter, you can go out on the lake and go long-distance skating or take a ski trip on the prepared cross-country trails nearby, or why not rent a snowmobile. Twenty minutes away by car there is a good ski slope with evening lighting and a snow cannon. If you want to explore the area by car, you will find Vingåker Factory Outlet, Västerås, Hallstahammar, Eskilstuna, Örebro within an hour's driving distance.

Herrfallet Fritids- och konferensanläggning is open all year round with full service from mid-June to the end of August. The reception is open between 09:00 - 21:00 during high season. The facility is adapted for the disabled and dogs are welcome. Access to WiFi is available. There is a service shop at the facility with a good basic selection. If you want to buy more than what is offered, there are grocery stores at a close distance from the area.
