Hunnebostrands Camping

Hunnebostrands Camping is a campsite located in the centre of beautiful Bohuslän. Here you will find proximity to the sea, nature and freedom. The campsite has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay.

Within walking distance of the campsite is the centre of Hunnebostrand (about 900 metres), where restaurants and life by the sea are played out in the best of Bohuslän ways.

Hunnebostrand campsite offers 75 electric pitches for caravans and motorhomes. This is a good campsite for those who don't want to have to use their car to get to various attractions.

The service building at the campsite is located in the centre of the area, which means that you always have it close at hand.

If you choose to camp at the campsite, there are plenty of nice places, at the campsite you will find two different tent areas. Bergsgläntan or more specifically "Skrevan" is the area where you will find more shade from the mountains, the other area is brighter without trees and with a more open landscape.

The campsite hosts will always give you a warm welcome and help you find the best possible place for your stay. There is a small self-service kiosk.

In the surroundings of Hunnebostrand campsite we find several nice baths. One of these is the Hästedalen family pool. Hästedalen offers several bathing opportunities, choose between taking a dip from the beach, one of the jetties, diving towers or rocks. There are also toilets, volleyball, a nice green area and a kiosk for ice-cream lovers. The Hästedalen bathing area is about a 20-minute walk from the campsite. If you want to take the car instead, there is also a large free car park available.

The next recommended swimming spot that offers sun and swimming from nice idyllic west coast cliffs is S:t Görans Ö. There you get a fantastic view of both the harbour and the sea. You place your towel wherever you want and can choose whether you want to sit in the middle of the crowd or a little more secluded.

There are toilets in the village at S:t Görans Ö and you will find the best parking at the marina, although it can be crowded during the high season. S:t Görans Ö is about 25 minutes walk from Hunnebostrand's campsite, but it is also possible to cycle here for those who want to get their heart rate up.

About 1 mile from Hunnebostrand's campsite you will find Nordens Ark, an animal adventure for the whole family. This facility is open all year round and you'll find all sorts of animals such as tigers, turtles, cows and rabbits. You can also enjoy good food in the restaurant after your visit. Nordens Ark offers guided tours which are recommended to get a really close experience. Nordens Ark is open for visits all year round.

The service building is normally closed between 11:00 - 12:00 for cleaning during the high season. In the area you will find a barrier, this is kept down between 22:30 - 08:00, when there must be no traffic in the area.

Check-in takes place from 14-18 unless otherwise agreed.
