Description
IMI Stølen is located in beautiful Oppdal in Trøndelag. There are apartments, cabins and places for campers and caravans. We have most of the year-round places, but it is also possible to rent a place for just a night or two. There are a total of 160 beds in 21 rooms and 4 apartments in the main building, as well as 14 rooms in cabins. The apartments also have a sofa bed in the living room. The area is wheelchair accessible and has wireless internet.

To the right of the door by the sanitary facility you will find a draining station with a knee-high sink where you can drain grey and black water from a camper with a portable septic tank. Use the flushing hose so that it is clean for the next guest. Black and grey water from a fixed tank can be drained at Oppdalsporten at Fagerhaug, 10 km north of IMI Stølen; where you will find Oppdal's only draining facility for campers. To the south, the nearest draining station is Hagesenter Turisthytte at Dovre, just past Hjerkinn, 55 km south of IMI Stølen.

Når vi kom fredag ettermiddag klar for en rolig helg, fikk vi beskjed om at det skulle være fest i en hytte og det ville være musikk derifra. Vi hadde betalt på forhånd og orket ikke finne en annen plass, tenkte derfor at litt bass utover kvelden ville gå bra. Det var derimot ungdom som løp rundt bobilene og skrek og brølte frem til over midnatt både fredag og lørdag. Vi måtte måke vei forbi dem for å gå på en do med oppkast på gulvet. Trodde dette kun skulle være fredag, vi ble derfor til søndag. Synes ikke det er greit å ta nesten 1000kr for to netter med bobil uten å advare om det ekstreme bråket som vil være hele helgen. Anbefaler å holde seg unna om du ikke ønsker dødsskrik utenfor bobilen utover kvelden. Fine omgivelser og greie fasiliteter ellers.
