Inari Camping

Inari Camping and Resort is located right in the heart of Inari village, in the courtyard of the old village school, offering a unique combination of history, closeness to nature and modern comfort. Open all year round, this campsite invites you to enjoy the authentic Lapland atmosphere, whether you are travelling by caravan, motorhome or tent.

There are 28 electrified pitches and space for tents. The price of each pitch includes access to electricity, chemical toilet flushing, grey and fresh water supply, shower, toilet, laundry room, barbecue hut and kitchen with dishwashing facilities. In early June, a new maintenance building will open with a new kitchen/toilet area, showers and toilets. The new building will also house a small café with concessions.

In the area you can experience the peace and quiet of Lapland in a home by the fire, and a scenic barrel sauna on the beach will provide the perfect moment of relaxation. The sauna can be booked for private use. A small studio apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet is also available for rent. Small rooms with private bathrooms and kitchen facilities will be completed in summer 2025. The rooms will have 1-2 sleeping places.

Guests will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there will be plenty to do for all ages - children and pets are warmly welcome. Those looking for a more active holiday can hire a canoe, rowing boat or even a Buster boat and head for the waves of Lake Inari.

The service is customer-oriented, warm and approachable, and the development of the area always respects the environment and the authenticity of the farmyard. Here, peace, nature and practicality are combined in a way that is rarely found - the perfect choice for a longer holiday or an overnight stopover on your way to Norway or the depths of Lapland.

You'll find lots of fun things to do in the surrounding area. For example, the Sámi cultural centre Sajos is across the street and Sámi museum Siida about 300 meters walk.
