Description
In the rural setting of Kastebergs Gård and Gårdsbutik in the heart of the Småland forests, we offer 16 cosy pitches for motorhomes and caravans. Wake up rested and look out over Kasteberg's natural pool. The farm's natural pool is filled with water from the forest, the underground and the sky. A lovely place where you can enjoy the everyday life on a Swedish farm. Smell the freshly mown hay, wander through the sheep pen and play with the goats.
At Kastebergs Gård, guests have access to a number of facilities. Toilets, showers and fresh water are available around the clock. Access to latrine emptying is available. Three of the pitches have access to electricity. Places are available on a first come, first served basis. Electricity cannot be pre-booked.

Ljungby is within cycling distance and a visit to the Saga Museum is recommended. In Ljungby you will find a number of the usual grocery stores, petrol stations and other possible services. Lagan also has a well-stocked ICA Nära, petrol station and WiMA Fritid with workshop services for motorhomes and caravans.
The farm shop has lots of locally produced goods that you can enjoy.
The area around Kastebergs Gård is also suitable for bird watching and has nice hiking trails with great opportunities to see wildlife.

Ett jättemysigt ställe. Lugnt och skönt och en jättefin affär som hade mycket smått och gott. Synd att det inte fanns tömning av gråvatten, därav fyra stjärnor.

Bara 1 av 3 toaletter var öppen. Sunkig toa å dusch. Graset var klippt men låg kvar i drivor. Vi kommer inte tillbaka

Trevligt ställe med gårdsbutik, där man hittade både eget kött, ägg och massa annat. Det lyfte hela besöket. Fanns en äventyrspark för barn, den kostade pengar att använda och jag hade varit ganska försiktig att låta barn nyttja den, då den såg rätt sliten ut. Fin omgivning med möjlighet till avkoppling, bad och vara nära djuren på gården. Toaletterna var ok men inte mer än så. Duschen likaså, lite mörkt murrigt och i behov av lite kärlek. Men sammantaget var det lugnt och trivsamt med skön utsikt,
