Läckö Strand Camping

Läckö Strand Camping is what you call a wonderful place on earth. A peaceful campsite with the lake in front and the forest behind. The facility is located a few kilometers from Kållandsö and beautiful Läckö Castle in lovely western Götaland. Läckö strand camping is a cozy and small campsite with about 20 places.

What you will find at the campsite is among other things, toilet and shower, dishes, latrine emptying, free wifi, a nice kiosk with ice cream and sweets as well as a cafe and a shop that is open during the high season. You can also order fresh breakfast rolls during this period!

If you want to get out on the water, there is also canoe rental and for the landlubber bike rental.

The café serves all kinds of good things such as buns and cakes that are baked on locally produced products. what is not baked at Läckö strands camping is bought from the island's pastry chef. Here you can also enjoy the good and very popular shrimp sandwich and of course other good mack experiences.

In the convenience store at Läckö Strand Camping you can buy locally produced products. Everything from food products to textiles, porcelain, home furnishings and more.

In the vicinity of Läckö Strand Camping, you can choose whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of the campsite, sit in the garden and let your thoughts drift away or take a walk in nature. On the other hand, if you are feeling energetic and want to do something, there are plenty of activities and excursions available. The campsite provides volleyball nets, kubb games and other entertainment.

Rent a bike and get around the small roads on the island. at Läckö Strand Camping they are happy to show you the different routes you can take.

Take a trip to Läckö Castle where you will find additional canoe and kayak rentals to go out into the beautiful archipelago.

If you then cycle on and take a shortcut across the fields in the area, you will come to "Spiken". This area is a fishing port where you like to walk around and enjoy a picturesque environment. Don't forget to taste the smoked whitefish that is one of Spiken's specialties! Many fish stalls also sell fresh fish, roe, crayfish and other tasty mixtures that go with the sea.

If you want to cycle further, it is recommended that you head towards "Naven" and "Skaven".

If you like golf, you have also come to the right place. About 8 km from the campsite is Läckö golf with its fine courses.

Another dear visit is Kungagraven, which is located at the excavations at Kållandsö towards Odensvik and Sunnerby. Exciting and educational for the whole family.

Don't miss visiting Lidköping, which is not far from the campsite. Here you will find everything you need with cozy surroundings and lots of excursions! A visit to the Rörstrand porcelain factory is also recommended.
