Gräsö - Naturfantasten Ställplats

Welcome to Naturfantastens Farm Shop & Nostalgia Café & Motorhome Pitches, a charming and personal destination on scenic Gräsö in the Roslagen archipelago. Here you will find eight simple yet welcoming pitches for motorhomes and caravans – all with electricity (if desired) and located along Gräsövägen, only 1.5 kilometres from the ferry terminal. The site is run by Ellinor and her husband Sven, who with passion and dedication have created a place where the good things in life take centre stage: nature, culture and culinary experiences, all characterised by genuine hospitality.

On the farm, right next to the pitches, there is a Farm Shop filled with Swedish/locally produced delicacies, artisanal food products and beverages. Swedish, organic skincare and home care products are also available, along with carefully selected items for the home, leisure and dogs. In the same premises as the farm shop there is a homely Nostalgia Café offering substantial sandwiches and delicious baked goods. Locally produced and baked from scratch. There is always at least one option without added gluten and dairy. Accessible and dog-friendly. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors in the cosy garden.

There are 8 simple pitches here in a scenic setting – you have access to electricity, fresh water, waste disposal and beautiful surroundings with cycling and walking paths. The site is easy to find, located along Gräsövägen only 1.5 km from the ferry to/from Öregrund. Grey and black water can easily be emptied at Öregrund’s recycling centre (ÅVC) on your way here and/or on your way back.

Naturfantasten is perfectly located for those who wish to combine tranquillity with excursions. In just a six-minute walk you reach a sandy sea bath, restaurant and mini golf – perfect for a summer’s day in the sun. On Gräsö there are flea markets and shops as well as various sights. You can make day trips to the nearby islands Rävsten and Örskär – NOTE! You must book a shuttle boat to reach them.

The area around Västerbyn offers beautiful natural trails, both for cycling and walking, and you have all of Gräsö’s nature and archipelago landscape within easy reach. It is ideal that your motorhome pitch is booked, as you can then take a trip with the motorhome and still have your place reserved when you return. Take a trip to Gräsö Gård, hike in the nature reserves or take the ferry to Öregrund – one of Roslagen’s most picturesque coastal towns, filled with shops, restaurants and cultural history. At the ferry terminal on the Gräsö side there is an ICA supermarket and a fuel station.

**The motorhome pitches are open from May to October and may possibly open earlier if ground conditions permit,** but Naturfantasten’s Farm Shop & Café is open all year round. The high season is during spring, summer and early autumn. It can be advisable to reserve a pitch in advance, as the eight pitches are often fully booked, particularly at weekends and during holiday periods. We recommend booking pitch 3–8 if your motorhome weighs more than 4.5 tonnes.

The site is pet-friendly – however, animals must be kept on a lead and under supervision. Animals – wild as well as domestic – nature, neighbours and tranquillity are respected here. It is therefore an excellent choice if you are looking for a peaceful and cosy camping experience with local character and personal service.

We recommend the recurring event Gräsö Art Tour (Gräsö Konstrunda), which always takes place in week 28, where we are one of the exhibition venues. As regards the Midsummer weekend and Boat Week, week 32 in 2026, there is an age limit of 40 years for EVERYONE in the party, except for accompanying children under 18 years. You can book this as usual, but information about the age limit will be displayed and we will check this on site. We will turn away those who do not comply with this, without any refund. This is because we want to maintain a peaceful motorhome site for guests who appreciate nature combined with shopping, boats and dining in Öregrund.
