Residence Mare Pineta

A family holiday village in the pines of Casalborsetti, with brick bungalows and private gardens, a 3,000 m² water park and the beach just 300 metres away.

Residence Mare Pineta has welcomed families to the Romagna Riviera for more than 30 years. Instead of rows of mobile homes you will find brick bungalows, each with its own garden and veranda, set along quiet paths under the maritime pines. There is plenty of space, fresh air and calm.

Every bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a room with a sofa bed and bunk bed, and a bathroom with air conditioning on the ground floor. Upstairs the kids get their own little wooden lodge with two single beds. There are also bungalows with fenced gardens close to the playground, bungalows by the lake pool, and Pet's Bungalows where your dog is just as welcome as you.

The heart of the village is the water park. The Lago pool has a shallow baby area with slides and splashes, hydromassage jets and even a corner for dogs, and next to it is the only private outdoor Olympic size pool on the Riviera. Sunbeds and parasols are free. The restaurant overlooks the pool and serves typical Romagna dishes, and there are two bars, a mini market and a free barbecue area. The entertainment team keeps days busy with games, tournaments, aqua gym and tennis lessons, the mini club looks after children from 4 to 12, and evenings bring shows and dancing.

Casalborsetti is the first of the northern lidos of Ravenna and a very quiet spot. The fine sandy beach is about 300 metres away, a short walk through the pine forest, with both a public beach and beach clubs where you can rent sunbeds. Dog owners will find a dog beach about 1 km away. The Pialassa della Baiona lagoon and the Po Delta Park are right on the doorstep for walks, cycling and birdwatching. Ravenna, with its famous mosaics, is about 20 minutes by car or reachable by bus from nearby Marina Romea. You can rent city bikes, e-bikes and mountain bikes on site.

Check in from 16:00 to 19:00, when keys are handed out. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to use the pools, bar and restaurant while you wait. Check out is before 09:00.

Reception is open 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. If you arrive outside these hours, call +39 0544 445605 and someone will meet you at the car park.

Saturday is the only day cars may drive up to the bungalows to load and unload. On other days you park in the numbered car park and walk to reception.

A refundable cash deposit of 50 € is paid on arrival.

Everyone must show a valid ID at check in and wear the village wristband during the stay.

Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a numbered parking space, pool sunbeds and the mini club are included.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked. Breakfast, half board and all inclusive can be added on site.

Pets are welcome only in the Pet's Bungalows, up to 2 per bungalow, and must be on a leash in the village.

The tourist tax is 1 € per person per night from age 14, for a maximum of 5 nights.
