Welcome to Résidence Olydéa Le Neptune, a charming 3-star holiday residence located directly on the seafront in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, a delightful coastal village in the Aude department of southern France. Ideally positioned facing the Mediterranean Sea, this contemporary and comfortable residence offers stunning studios and apartments with private balconies enjoying breathtaking views of either the sea or the village — the perfect setting for an unforgettable sun-soaked holiday.

The residence is spread across three floors and welcomes guests in well-designed studios for 2 people (approx. 24m²) and two-room apartments for up to 4 people (approx. 37m²). Every accommodation is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchenette including a hotplate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. Free WiFi is available throughout the residence. Pets are welcome with a supplement. Please note that the residence has no lift.

Résidence Olydéa Le Neptune is situated steps away from the sandy beach and the warm, calm waters of the Mediterranean — ideal for families with young children. The twin resorts of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer and Narbonne-Plage lie side by side and offer an excellent range of outdoor activities including water skiing, windsurfing, pedal boats, beach volleyball, horse riding and ultralight aircraft. The Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Natural Park is within walking distance, offering scenic coastal walks and nature trails through fragrant pine forests and limestone rocks. The historic city of Narbonne with its famous cathedral and vibrant market is just 15 km away, and the stunning Gruissan Beach is approximately 17 km from the residence. In the evenings, Saint-Pierre-la-Mer comes alive with restaurants, bars, night markets, concerts, dance events and a fair — something for everyone after a day in the sun.
