On the property is a living small farm that gives the place an authentic, rustic charm – surrounded by green meadows, forests and hilly landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see.

Whether you come with a camper, a tent or want to stay in a charming unit with a view of the river, you will feel at home with us. We offer spacious pitches and comfortable facilities such as modern sanitary facilities, free Wi-Fi in the common areas, a barbecue area, and outdoor seating areas. The area around Riverside Bliss is perfect for active and adventurous visitors as well as those who just want to enjoy peace and quiet. The river right next to the campsite invites you to fish, kayak or spend quiet moments with the sound of running water. Here you can go straight into nature – with marked hiking trails and cycling routes that wind through forests and valleys.

Just a few minutes' drive away you will find the center of Vegårshei with a grocery store, café and local attractions. Want more excursions? Both Vegårshei ski center and the popular swimming spots at Vegårsvatn are a short drive away. The region is also known for its rich bird life, beautiful nature and true southern idyll – perfect for both families with children and nature lovers.

Riverside Bliss is open for most of the year, and we recommend booking in advance during the summer season to secure a spot – especially for campervan and tent guests. The river offers both warm swimming days and atmospheric evenings, so bring your swimsuit, fishing rod and good hiking shoes.

The farm is also home to livestock and a vegetable garden, and visitors have the opportunity to learn more about farm life – especially popular with children. Free parking is available on site, and the hosts are on hand with tips, advice and local knowledge to make your stay memorable.
