Welcome to Rötvikens Camping, located by Lake Hotagen in the heart of Hotagsbygden in northern Jämtland.
Here you stay close to mountains, forests, and water with nature right outside your door. The campsite is a good base for fishing, hiking, outdoor life, and relaxing in a quiet environment.
We offer campsites for motorhomes, caravans, and tents, as well as simple four-bed cabins.
On-site facilities include: • Service house with showers and toilets • Fully equipped shared kitchen • Dining area • Laundry facilities • Swimming area by the lake • Lakeside sauna
Rötvikens Camping is located in the middle of the Hotagen Fishing Card area with access to more than 100 lakes and streams with trout, Arctic char, and grayling.

Es hat uns bei Ihnen sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir fanden auch das einchecken, ganz unkompliziert, weil wir spät abends kamen. Allerdings hatten wir mit Strom bezahlt und es kam kein Strom. Ich weiß nicht was wir falsch gemacht hatten aber es ging alles gut. Wir haben es genossen, dass Kajaks da waren da waren wir abends noch auf dem See und Gerne werden wir auch in die Sauna. Die war aber abgeschlossen, wenn da mehr Information ist was Sauna und Strom betrifft, kann ich nur 100 Punkte dagelassen.

Fint ställe men skulle behöva lite omvårdnad för högsta betyg. Droppande kran och trasiga ugnar/spisar i servicehuset, troligtvis getingbo på vinden då vi stod rätt nära huset och blev attackerade både morgon och kväll av getingar. Fina toaletter (två stycken) och dusch (endast en). Bra badmöjligheter.

Kanon om man vill ha det lugnt och skönt samt bo enkelt. Var där för natur och fiske. Perfekt nav att utgå ifrån. Samt tillgång till butik, tanka bränsle/el.
