Sona camping

Welcome to Sona Camping!

The campsite is idyllically located by the Stjørdal River, located just off the E14 and only 15 minutes from Stjørdal and 50 minutes from Storlien.

There are 8 cabins of various sizes.

There is also plenty of space for caravans, motorhomes and tents.

If you want to fish for salmon here, we can offer fishing on 4 fishing ponds in the Stjørdal River and the Forra River.

You can purchase a fishing license for salmon fishing directly at the campsite.

We also have a small kiosk at the campsite that sells soda, ice cream and simple kiosk items.

Here you will also find a great selection of dog equipment + Karnsje Valley's most exciting selection of fishing equipment.

Sona camping has a beautiful area by the river with gazebos and benches, where you can sit and enjoy the silence and the beautiful river with or without a fishing rod.

We have grey water and chemical toilet emptying for motorhomes and caravans.

The surrounding area also invites you to enjoy wonderful activities for both young and old in nature.
