Welcome to Motorhome Stopover Fritids Metropolen! – Stay comfortably & peacefully close to Umeå! Unfortunately, we do not accept caravans on the motorhome pitches.

Please note that this is a largely unmanned motorhome stopover intended for overnight stays while passing through or other shorter stays, and not a full-service resort :)

There are 13 motorhome pitches with electricity in various sizes. You also have access to showers, toilets and dishwashing facilities.

Wi-Fi is also available on site. Washing machine and dryer can be booked for a fee during the opening hours of our shop.

Here you stay only 5 km from Umeå Airport, 10 km from Umeå City, and with a lovely bathing area located in Stöcksjö, 4 km away.

The motorhome stopover is located directly adjacent to Fritids Metropolen’s caravan & motorhome facility, with a large number of caravans and motorhomes in stock at all times, as well as a very large accessories shop – one of Sweden’s largest Kama Premium stores, and the collection warehouse for the online shop fritidsmetropolenonline.se, situated between the E4 & E12, just south of Umeå in Västerbotten.

A bathing area can be found in Stöcksjö about 4 km from the campsite (summer time). We also recommend bird watching and walks on the beautiful Röbäckslätten and a visit to the nearby Fritids Metropolen caravan & motorhome facility, a large number of caravans and motorhomes in stock as well as a very large accessory store - One of Sweden's largest Kama Premium stores and store / pick-up warehouse for fritidsmetropolenonline.se.

We are open all year round!

Codes for service houses and the like are sent out automatically after booking together with the booking confirmation.

Unfortunately, we do not accept caravans at the caravan park
