Sukken Camping

Sukken Camping is located in the peaceful and beautiful countryside near the border with Sweden in the Viken region of Norway. Here you will find many opportunities to explore all that the magnificent nature has to offer.

Here you can come and stay with your motorhome, caravan or tent and just relax on your holiday.

At the campsite we have a facility building with shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, playground for the children.

The area around Sukken camping is ideal for a rich wildlife due to the many ponds and lakes you will find nearby. If you are lucky, you may see the "king of the forest" AKA ELK, or maybe a deer in its natural habitat.

Fishing permits can be purchased at the campsite. Fish (trout) are stocked in many of the lakes in the area. Perhaps you want to fish in a quiet pond in the forest, or in a large lake like the Haldenvassdraget nearby. There are also several canoe rentals nearby if you want to go canoeing.

Some of the nearby attractions are ancient fortresses from the union struggle between Norway and Sweden. Today, only the most friendly border shopping takes place between Norwegians and Swedes.
