To get to Tanghuset Arena, you can take the free ferry from Søvik, which is located 16 km south of Sandnessjøen. Search for ferry schedules on Reis Nordland for easy travel planning. The ferry from Søvik ferry pier (Alstahaug) to Brasøy ferry pier (Herøy) is free for all types of vehicles. On weekdays you have priority on departures from Søvik at 16:15 and 21:55, and on Saturdays at 13:25. On the return trip from Brasøy the ferry is usually empty, so you are almost guaranteed a seat.
