Welcome to Urshult Camping, an idyllic gem in the heart of scenic Småland. Located on the banks of the river Åsnen, surrounded by apple orchards and strawberry fields, this small, cozy campsite offers a unique experience for those seeking peace and relaxation. Here you can choose to stay in one of the 12 detached camping cabins, each with a breathtaking lake view, or opt for a traditional camping experience with your motorhome, caravan or tent. There are around 60 pitches available.

Our campground is designed to preserve the beauty and simplicity of nature, and each site has free access to electricity. Although some parts of the campsite have a naturally uneven terrain, this offers an authentic and close-to-nature experience. Our modern service house has fully equipped kitchen facilities ranging from fridges and microwaves to induction plates, as well as newly renovated sanitary facilities for the 2020 season, to ensure a comfortable stay.

Urshult Camping is the perfect starting point for exploring the rich nature and culture of Småland. Within walking distance of the campsite is the community of Urshult, where you can shop for groceries or enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. The area around Åsnen is known for its beautiful bike trails, and with our rental bikes you can easily explore them. For water adventurers, we offer rental of canoes, boats and SUP/Paddleboards, perfect for experiencing the beauty of Lake Åsnen. To make your stay as hassle-free as possible, we have a small shop in reception where you can buy everything from pastries to basic necessities. In high season, you can also start your day with fresh breakfast rolls. Keep in mind that our campsite is an excellent choice for both families and individual travelers looking for a quiet retreat. For fishing enthusiasts, you can buy a fishing license directly at the reception. And for those traveling with dogs, there is a special dog bathing area at the boat dock.
