Vännäs Bad och Camping

Vännäs Bad & Camping is a family-friendly campsite in the middle of the Umeå region, a perfect option for those who seek peace and quiet, but also want to feel the pulse of the city and take advantage of all its opportunities. The campsite is located right next to one of Norrland's largest temperate swimming facilities. There are two large pools, a paddling pool with water play for children and a fast-paced water slide. As a guest, you have free entry to all this.

The campsite has 70 unique camping pitches and 14 beautiful tent sites, depending on how you travel. If you prefer to stay in a cabin, there are a total of 15 cabins to choose from. The first nine cabins have 4 beds and are equipped with pillows and duvets for all beds. In addition, there is a standard kitchen equipment, hotplate, refrigerator and a toilet. In addition, there are two cabins with 4 beds that have the possibility of an extra bed. The cottages are divided into two bedrooms with pillows and duvets for all beds. In these cabins you will find a refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen equipment, hotplate, toilet, shower, TV and a lovely furnished patio overlooking the area. Cabin 14-15 has 4 beds with a sofa bed that can become two extra beds. These cottages are equipped like the other two cottages. The last two cottages also have a large living room with the possibility of an extra bed.

In the service house you will find several toilets and showers, changing rooms for babies. If you need to wash during the trip, you have a washing machine and dryer that you can use.

Vännäs Bad & Camping offers plenty of activities for people of all ages. The proximity to the large temperate outdoor pool, all water games and slides, makes this a safe bet for families with children. Vännäsbadet is of course free for all guests of the campsite. If you want to rent a sauna, there is access to it.

In the area you will also find mini golf, beach volleyball, boules and other fun water games to entertain you. The area has wonderful walking paths and jogging trails to discover for the adventurous.

The campsite also has a playground for children, and during the summer, guided children's activities are organized on certain days.

If you get hungry, you can visit the barbecue or the kiosk. The service shop at the campsite also has a nice selection of basic goods if something needs to be supplemented.

If you come here in winter, there is an alpine ski resort here with great opportunities for cross-country skiing.

If you want a change of scenery, Umeå city center is only 1 km away. Here you will find everything from restaurants, bars, cafes, several grocery stores, system companies, pharmacies and several opportunities to shop for souvenirs and other exciting things.

The perfect location of the campsite means that you are also close to no less than five golf courses, several museums, the House of Owners and the House of Craftsmen. Or why not try jet-boating up the Vindelälven river? Whatever you choose to do, there is something for everyone.
