Vilsta Camping & Stugby

Vilsta Camping & Stugby is centrally located about 2 kilometers from the city of Eskilstuna in a lovely green area between Vilsta sports hotel and Vilstabadet in Vilsta nature reserve. Here you will find both space for the shorter stays and the slightly longer ones as we offer rental for both spontaneous campers and seasonal camping.

Vilsta Camping & Stugby is open all year round and there is room for a total of 180 caravans, motorhomes or tents at the facility. 130 of these places have electricity and as many as 72 places can be obtained with cable TV. If you want to stay in a cottage, there are 55 nice cottages available.

Vilsta camping is suitable for those who prioritize proximity to both the city's all offerings and the wonderful tranquility of nature. Here you get both accessibility and relaxation in one place.

At the campsite you will of course find a well-kept and handicapped accessible service house with everything you need. Toilets, showers, washing machine and kitchen are available here. For the children there is a nice playground and also close to a child-friendly swimming area.

If you want to take it easy, surf and forget about time a little, Wifi is of course included in the facility. Vilsta camping is adjacent to the Vilsta sports hotel, which offers several activities, a restaurant and lots of other things. There are nice conference rooms and several opportunities for everything from training camps, kickoffs and company parties. You will also find a lovely relaxation area to enjoy as the evening approaches.

The restaurant offers a café, sports pub, good food and drink and also has full rights.

The area around Vilsta Camping & Stugby offers several activities to suit most people's tastes. Whether you are here for relaxation or recreation, everything is offered in one place. Eskilstuna is an exciting city with a long industrial history stretching back 350 years. A curiosity about the city is that Sweden's first locomotive was developed in Eskilstuna.

The Sörmland nature that surrounds the city offers most things such as beautiful sandy beaches, fine lakes, magical forest areas and both cycling and hiking trails.

Another well-known destination is Parken Zoo where you can experience both animals and other activities that suit the whole family. During the summer months, you can even enjoy their wonderful and fun water park where you have access to 3 temperate pools, lots of sunbathing areas, restaurants, and volleyball courts. At Vilsta Camping & Stugby, check-in takes place at 14:00 and check-out must take place before 12:00 on the day of departure. Vilsta Camping & Stugby is open all year round, with full service periods from mid-June to mid-August. The opening hours at the reception are then between 06:30 and 22:00.
