With 60 parking spots, including 48 with electrical hookups, this site is perfectly suited for both compact campers and XXL motorhomes or liners. Good to know

Before settling in at Wohnmobilstellplatz Oberhof, it’s helpful to be aware of a few practical details that ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM, preserving the peaceful atmosphere of the Thuringian Forest.

Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash, and owners are expected to clean up immediately; waste bags and a dedicated dog toilet are available in town.

Wastewater and chemical toilet disposal must be done exclusively at the designated station, and washing vehicles on-site is not allowed. For safety and environmental reasons, the use of power generators is prohibited.

Please note that fireworks, rockets, and all pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden on the premises — even during New Year’s Eve, when fireworks may be seen in the wider area, they must not be ignited anywhere within the motorhome park.

Guests should also sort their rubbish into the appropriate recycling bins before departure and leave their pitch clean for the next traveler.

As the operator assumes no liability for personal damage or loss, guests use the site at their own risk, and the team reserves the right to remove vehicles not following the rules.

Finally, if you are visiting in the colder months, remember that Oberhof’s high-altitude climate can bring significant winter conditions — winter tyres or appropriate snow chains are highly beneficial and may be necessary for safe access to the motorhome site.
