Welcome to Haugsjåsund camping!

Here you will find a lovely campsite located in beautiful surroundings in Nissedal municipality along National Road 41, between Åmli and Treungen. . Whether you are a day hiker, a week hiker or want a permanent place, we have something for you.

At the facility we have a large, clean and stylish sanitary facility with both toilet and shower. You will also find a fantastic sandy beach and a natural pool that is suitable for the smallest children. We also have a trampoline, sandbox and swing that the little ones can enjoy. If you want to play ball, we have a nice sand volleyball court right down by the river.

If you want to try your luck at fishing, there are great fishing opportunities in the area. Here you can find trout, whitefish and perch. The river is part of the Nidelva which flows into Arendal.

We also offer boat, canoe and bicycle rentals.

15 km from Haugsjåsund campsite you will find the well-known and well-visited pit in Nissedal. This is a swimming spot that attracts both young and old with its unique swimming opportunities.
