Welcome to Överhörnäs Camping – perhaps the coziest campsite along the entire Northern Coast of Sweden! We are a personal, family-owned retreat that for the 2026 season offers 60 spacious pitches and 9 charming cabins in a peaceful oasis by the Moälven river.

Experience our unique "family hood" atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Guests enjoy free access to kayaks, rowing boats, and Wi-Fi. For your comfort, we have opened a brand-new, modern service building for 2026, featuring increased capacity for showers and toilets. The site also features our popular fully licensed restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy great food and drinks with a view of the water.

Överhörnäs Camping is beautifully situated by Själevadsfjärden, just 9 km south of Örnsköldsvik. It serves as an ideal base for exploring the High Coast World Heritage site and its breathtaking nature. If you enjoy shopping, the famous Fjällräven Outlet is located nearby. You can easily reach Örnsköldsvik city center by bus or bicycle. The Moälven river runs alongside the campsite, inviting you to swim, fish, or enjoy a peaceful day on the water.
