Björköby and Svedjehamn offer numerous services as well as nature trails and day trips. From Svedjehamn, the Bodvatten environment and Långgrundet nature trails start, passing the magnificent Saltkaret lookout tower. The tower offers a magnificent view of the harbour and the sea. The harbour is also home to the Salteriet summer café, a beach, a craft shop and a campsite. The recently renovated beach is particularly child-friendly and only about 500 metres away on foot. Welcome to the UNESCO world heritage site in Kvarken archipelago!

Very easy to check in, everything is clearly explained in several signboards. Clean washrooms, nice hot shower and a very nice kitchen with a view. I did not use the sauna, but the pretty little building looks picture-perfect in the spectacular sunset. I was the only user along with another camper. It is a very quiet place. Very unfortunate about the mess next to the sauna though, which gives a very unkempt impression.

Prima plek om te vertoeven. Goed sanitair. Erg stil en rustig. Je kan er mooie wandelingen maken.

Todella siistiä joka paikassa ja keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Erityiskiitos jääkaapista, joka on valitettavan harvinainen leirintäalueilla. Teltoille tarkoitettu alue on vähän huono siihen tarkoitukseen, koska kiviseen täyttömaahan ei meinaa millään saada vaarnoja uppoamaan. Huonossa kelissä olisi mennyt hermot, hyvä sää pelasti tällä kertaa.

Siistit asialliset tilat. WC portaissa olisi hyvä olla kaiteet.
