Tyngsjö vildmark

Welcome to Tyngsjö wilderness, our facility is located right on the shores of Lake Tyngsjön, surrounded by beautiful forest areas.

Here you will find fourteen spacious plots, eight of which are equipped with electricity connections (numbers 7-11 and 13-15). The small maintenance building has toilets, sinks, hot water showers and washing up facilities. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located at the top of the cottage village, which is easily accessible by walking along a small footpath.

We have a large open grill that is only available to our guests. If the weather conditions are a little worse, for example in case of strong winds or rain, there is also a barbecue corner protected from the elements, so you can enjoy barbecuing even in rough weather. Firewood can be taken three times from us.

Every weekday we accept orders for our food delivery service until 4pm the following day. As our guest you can always treat yourself to a coffee in the Wilderness Café located in our cosy cottage village, where you can treat yourself to ice cream, a drink, read or play board games.

Dogs are very welcome. Keep your dog on a lead throughout the Tyngsjö wilderness area and be careful when bringing your dog. We also ask you to consider special vigilance 1 March to 20 August .

Directly adjacent to Lake Tyngsjö you will find our sauna. From the kiosk you can order fresh breakfast bread, buy snacks or drinks, postcards, stamps or fishing permits for about 200 nearby lakes.

In addition, you will also get all the information you need for your summer/winter activities, such as our rental conditions for canoes, kayaks, rowing boats or dog sleds and cross-country skiing in winter.

The capmside is open from 01/06 until 30/09. The cabins are open all year round! A warm welcome!
